Came by here to try the traditional food over the take out style for a change. The place was very quiet and pretty empty besides myself. Will say the dining room is beautiful and spacious. Had to get someone attention to order in, kind of weird but it was fast enough. So when The guy was showing me the menu, was cool of him to make suggestions since first time for me, he did jokingly say the end part of menu is popular since the Americanized Chinese food, I laughed and am like nah am here for the traditional, he give his suggestions in the traditional menu of what's popular, but I settled on beef ribs, white rice, pork dumplings and strawberry boba slush. For the drink, it was very refreshing and just the right amount of sweet, though I wish it had strawberry boba over the tapioca pearls. The pork dumplings were piping hot and very fresh, plenty of filling inside and not greasy. The dipping sauce was tangy and very vinegary forward, definitely a flavor trip. The beef ribs, were so melt in your mouth tender and flavorful, I really like gravy type sauce it was bathed in and really great ladled on the rice. Do wish I had more ribs though, since definitely the part of the meal, plus the plate it comes on, sells the meal. I did really appreciate how kind the people were here and very friendly as well.

Very authentic Chinese food. The ingredients were fresh and the quality was good. I ordered beef and broccoli with an egg roll. The beef and broccoli was mostly beef so it was a good value. I could taste and see the fresh ginger. Next time I will get an additional side of steamed vegetables to go with it .

Went here years ago and it was awful went today and it was pretty good! Lamb with scallions and onion and fish in chili sauce.

We are visiting from the Bay Area in California and we've never had Chinese food this delicious. Anita and her husband were beyond hospitable and attentive. They have instructed and judged food classes, in fact they are offering classes now at this location. Ask them about their stories. We ordered bao pork dumplings, pan fried dumplings, kimchi, egg rolls, green onion pancake, orange chicken, double cooked pork, hot & sour soup, pork sliced pot fried with sweet n sour sauce. The tai tea was not too sweet. Best of all, we feel good and full but not bloated or sluggish. EVERY DISH was excellent. If you haven't given this restaurant a visit, you're missing out on a good meal. We regret not taking pics ~Suzy

Wow! Incredible food. We're from the Bay Area in California so we have plenty of Chinese restaurants. We've eaten Chinese food in San Francisco, the North Bay, East Bay and South Bay and Tao's is one of the best we've ever had. Very traditional Chinese food from different provinces but they also have an Americanized menu which we ordered from both menus. The hot and sour soup was incredible some of the best I've had as well as the orange chicken and sweet and sour pork was top notch. We wish Tao's was over by us, we're really going to miss the incredible flavor of this food. Do yourself a favor and visit this place.

Place is clean and welcoming. Host very nice. They offer a menu or you can scan QR code. Menu offers a lot of options chicken, beef, fish and vegetarian. Dishes very authentic. If you like Chinese food this is a must try. The string beens with mined beef very crispy, not oily like other places. Fish soup was light and good portion. Overall the dishes are good size to share.

Fantastic! Clean! Both American style and Traditional dishes prepared by a Award winning Chinese chef. ( and his wife) Formerly the head chief at Ceasars Las Vegas, right here in Middletown! General Chows Chicken was fantastic! Hot and sour soup and Wang Tang ( traditional spelling) was superb! Must try!

Great food very authentic. Host was fantastic and very engaging. Tried several appetizers which were delicious. The dinning room is large and super clean. Menu has lots of traditional dishes to choose from. Nice to be able to sit and have a meal that's not in a take out setting. Look forward to going back.
